First impression is Africa. Can you tell more about what it is made of ? Pretty certain it is African and I suspect it is Congo to East Africa {great lakes}.

Africa yes, the regions no... It is wood and leather, with beads and cowries...

West Africa ? Looks in the form of some South Sudan clubs but I not think it is.
