African sword. But what and where from?

Bought this one recently. It is African and it is 24.5 inch or 62 cm long.
Your comments and thougts please.

This should be, acc. to Manfred Zirngibl´s book Panaga na visu, Bali or Wum from Cameroonian grassland. Enclosed is picture from the book
