Here are some pictures of my newest aquisition from ebay. If I am not mistaken it is a 19th century jamadhar katari from the North West of India (was listed simply as a "vintage jambiya with scabbard"). I would love to get some comments and estimates of its age.

Katari

Hi, Definitely a Katari I thought it might not be 19th C, due to hilt and the sheath is all the way around. you out bid me. Use search in Oriental-Arms.com.
They had 4 or 5 of different ages. Nice catch, Steve

So I have been doing some research on these Kalash/Kafir people of India and Pakistan that use jamadhar katari... It is amazing how nordic they look! It is no wonder that Hitler thought Germans originated in India - now I know why

I do have one question however: Are Kalash people Hindu or Mulsim? I am getting conflicting information. Can someone please clarify?
