Arabic translation request
 

Hello.Not a weapon, but an interesting old manuscript roll which is 7 mts long full with very small lines of Arabic writing and hand painted,bordered with gold decoration-"tezhip" at both edges of the roll. A holy Quran of a special kind or a prayer book or what? I request help in understanding what it is.

This is a Quran but it looks to be written unproffessionally. There are numerous scribal/grammar errors.

Bad news; I contacted the expert (he specialize in collecting old manuscripts) and he told me that this Quran is a fake :(

He said that the Illumination is 100% fake, The writing is also recent.

since 2 to 3 years (may be more ?) I noticed in Istanbul Grand Bazaar,
many replicas (most coming from India or Pakistan) sold as antiquities ... :eek:
with the prices of old artifacts ... :rolleyes:
