My meager knowledge suggests Northern Turkey, considering the ornaments etched in the fullers. The mark is interesting, in a shape of a human profile, which I haven't seen before. Unless I missed it, this mark is not in Asvacaturian's books.
Total length - 58 cm., blade - 44 cm.
