My initial thinking was East Africa, as the leaf shape resembles the Maasai seme, but at the same time it is different.
It's 26 cm. long, not measuring the tang.
Looking forward to your opinions.

SEA

My first thoughts are with SEA regions, Thai/Burma etc

ANOTHER POSSIBILITY IS PHILIPPINE, THEY HAVE A SIMULAR SHAPED SPEAR HEAD WITH A TANG THAT CLOSELY RESEMBLES YOUR EXAMPLE. SEE EXAMPLE IN PICTURE SECOND FROM RIGHT AND EXAMPLE THIRD FROM LEFT.

Looking at this I too was thinking Igorot.

Your spear head comes from the Bontoc Igorot - Southern Kalinga area

Thank you very much! The ID on the spear confirms the story I got when I purchased it at a flea market. The seller said this spear was removed from his grandpa's rear end at the time when he was a soldier during the Philippine Rebellion. An iron-clad provenance!
