Please Help Identify Spear

Hello again everyone! :)

I just picked this up and was hoping someone out there can help me identify this piece. Appears to be some type of spear? :confused: It measures approx. 74” long. The wood shaft is partially wrapped with metal and a small portion appears to be copper. The blade itself measures approx. 19” long and approx. 4.5” wide at the widest point. Thanks again! Tomahawk

The shaft Looks like Ngandu/Saka while the blade maybe Konda? All tribes from old Congo Africa.
