I am new here and would like assistance in identifying where this spear came from. It is bone with round inlays of unknow material in one side of the blade. T he shaft appears to be rosewood and is hand shaved. The blade is 9 3/8'' lg X 1 1/8'' wd. The end piece of bone is 6 1/8'' lg X 5/8'' dia. The shaft is 5/8'' dia x 32'' lg but flares slightly at blade end to 7/8'' dia [see close up] Inlaid dots are 1/8'' dia and some are raised slightly above surface. The end piece was cracked and has glue residue so there is some color change.

Can you please tell me where this comes from and possibly what ethnic group would have made this. I have no clue to start a search so am inquiring here.
