Spear Head ?

Something else I just picked up. I'm not quite sure if this is a spear head or some sort of dagger or sword. Origin, African or Indonesian? Total length is 18-1/2 inches with the blade being 14 inches. Comments are more than welcome. Sorry about poor picture quality, will post better pictures later.
