Translation assistance needed

Can anyone make out the attached cartouche? Many thanks in advance for any assistance that can be provided.

Very difficult to make that out, do you have a bigger picture with higher contrast?

The only words I could make out were "fath" right at the top which means conquest. I can make "Allah" or "Lellah" further down.

Thank you very much for the translation you were able to make out. It is difficult to get a good picture due to the crosshatching and the general wear to the markings. I have provided a larger picture with not much better contrast in the hopes more of the inscription may be legible.

I'm still not 100 % sure here, but I think it says "Nasr wa fath min Allah", which means victory and conquest from God. I'll look at again when i get home. My own computer has a better monitor than my work computer.
