German ? Style Halberd for comment

Here is the halberd that went with the Walloon sword, (thanks again !)
it was called decorative and almost offered for the sale price. No hallmark but I find it well made, the steel sounds good and it seems quite old. shortened fixing langets on the handle and the handle seems not very recent either with worm or termite holes. A central fixing rosette is missing, we can see the remains of gnawed wood through it.( I already used Xylophene 😬😅...) |

original halberd from the first half of the 16th century, used by landsknecht/lansquenets, given the length of the langlets and the lack of the rivet through the socket I expect that the shaft is not the original one.
very nice specimen with round cut-outs on the top and bottom of the halberd blade and beak. |

I find on internet these two halberds made +/- in the same way near the steel axe and the shaft |
