Any thoughts on this one?
Can it be a kerambit?

Looks like it to me. But I don't know nearly as much as most of these guys. Here's a pic from my fat glossary for reference. I imagine that extra bit of scabbard helped keep it in place not unlike a belt clip.

However you spell it, it looks the same!
