Nice Finnish puukko, made in Kauhava I suspect probably 1930's-50's.
Finnish flag on sheath and coat of arms decal on handle. Let us know
who the maker was (name in fuller). Tip of sheath has not been cut off,
just the leather has shrank to reveal the wood core beneath.

Did some looking thru my stuff and I suspect your puukko is either by
Reino Kankaanpaa or Iisakki Jarvenpaa. Let us know which. Kankaanpaa
blades are fairly scarce - hope it's by him. Reino died some time back, but
his son Altti Kankaanpaa is still making puukko in Kauhava. He just uses
a "AK" as a mark.

BTW - that price was a steal! Congrats on a nice find.
