A short handled club of dark wood with an offset head of a flattened spherical shape. The shaft expands very slightly at its end while it becomes oval in cross section and widens before turning into the head. The head appears to have started as a root ball and has some defects and variations in surface texture associated with such origin. Lew dated this example as circa 1920s to 1930s. The club is just under 16 inches in length and weighs 9.4 ounces.
