Default Crazy weird blades. Philippines or Mainland SEA?

Hello,

I was watching these puppies on the bay and hoping to get them. Bidding went relatively high and Oriental-Arms got them.
So what are they? I recall seeing such creatures before but cannot recall where. The turned handles suggest some not-too old mainland SEA origin, but the panabas-like blade look Filipino, notwithstanding the integral bolster.

Thoughts?

That's the one! Thanks, I knew I saw them before. A derivative or variation of the clurit in fact.

Call this parang ginah or parang jengok. Originated from northern Malaysian peninsular typically Kelantan and Terrengganu or Pattani. This is traditionally a sickle where functionally it can be used as a weapon too.

Hi Emanuel,
I acquired one of these awhile ago.....

Sold as a Malay sword , not being certain what it was and noticing the decorative handle ...I took the 'risk'
