Default Birdheaded Swaggerstick?

Hi all, following on from my earlier and still current posting on what I thought was a British Army swaggerstick, here is one, the origin of which is a mystery to me. Mind you, most things are a mystery to me! It does not appear to me to be really old, I guess 20th century, but can anyone recognise the form of the birdhead as being of a particular country? The cartridge case and bullet on the pointy end of the scabbard is I think a .303.
I hope that my questions don't irritate the experts too much, but I am starting from a base of total ignorance and am trying to learn.

Brian,

This swaggerstick is for tourists. Made in Indonesia. When you walked here in Holland a few years ago on a Pasar Malam, an Indonesian market, you could buy hundreds of these swaggersticks.
