Default crossbow drawing

hey guys,

I am new to this forum!

I want to make a replica of one of these crossbows.

Does anyone have a drawing with dimensions?

Or a CAD drawing?

That will be great!

Welcome to the forum, crossbowmaker.
You are certainly aware that the construction of replicas is not our forum hobby.
I wonder whether this example with respective specs from page 92 of " Crossbows in the Royal Netherlands Army Museum" is of any use.

Tod's Workshop sells crossbow plans (todcutler.com)
He also sells replica crossbows if your pocket is deep enough(todsworkshop.com).

The book is all about crossbows; many with measurements.

hey guys, this isn't going to be my first crossbow i make. I'm sending some pictures of my earlier project. I now want a slightly more decorated one. with bone or antler inlay work. also the roller nut is antler. only the shape of the “stock” is a problem for now. I hope someone has a good drawing!

Crossbowmaker, are you sure there are no websites more dedicated to the making of replicas ?.
Have you read in the first page of this forum what its scope is about ?

http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showthread.php?t=23414

I am sure you will find specialized venues in the internet where you may reach for results to your issues better than in here .

Keep safe.

Crossbowmaker, i believe Fernando has a point about your needs and what this particular forum is focussed on not really being in sync.
Are you familiar with this site. I think it might be more what you need for your work.
