Default Translation help please

Hi,
I know this will probibly read "Made to fool gullible western tourists" but I would really like to know what it actually says. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Default Not Arabic?

Hi Robert,

I have a feeling this inscription is not in Arabic. The calligraphy style leans stronger to the central lands of Islam, so it could very well be in Farsi, Urdu, Pashto or even Turkish?
