Default HELP for ID this congolese knife (n°2)

Hi, there

Here is a new riddle for me ... surely not for some of you.

Overall length is 58cm. / Blade is 48 cm. / wide max. is 16 cm.

Except the edges, the iron is darkened and was beaten in the small burin.

This blade is strong & heavy.

Who can say which tribe used it? which name if any ? maybe an URL or image can help?.

Would be great....

Louis-Pierre

I would say Saka, Ngandu.

Perhaps a part of the hilt is missing. Sometimes there is a metal finial.

Hello, tribalarms.

It could effectively be Ngandu or Saka. As for the counterweight (iron block), i don't think that this one had one.
Anyway, i thank you for your help.

Best regards.
