Request for Help with Kaskara Research
I am due to make another presentation to the Arms and Armour Society on continuing research into the Kaskara and my tentative classification.
I desperately need a copy of "European Blades in Tuareg Swords and Daggers" by Dr. Lloyd Cabot Briggs (Journal of the Arms & Armour Society Vol.5 #2, 1965) in any format - a scan would be perfect. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance, Stephen. Last edited by stephen wood; 19th June 2010 at 11:49 PM. |

I'm in the process of tracking down a copy. I should know by the end of next week if it's possible. I'll be happy to share if I do get my hands on it.

...actually, it was £15 I think.
The first ten volumes of the Journal are available on cdrom at £15 each for members and £20 for non-members. I paid the Treasurer for mine at the last meeting and it was posted to me. I will find out at the next meeting the contact details and post them here. |

Thank you Stephen for bringing this to our attention.
