Default Help with ID of this sword please

Found this buried in my heap of past aquisitions and wondered if anyone can tell me what it is. Overall 68 cm , blade length 62 cm . Crude incised decorations to blade flat. Substantial blade with very sharp edge , false edge to last 18 cm of tip . 8 x 1 cm section of missing wood from tip of scabbard. Tang appears to have been glued into grip.
