Default Bazaar dagger :)

Hello gentlemen,

Some time ago a friend of mine went to Morocco and brought me a dagger from there as a gift. It's obviously a bazaar piece, but it doesn't look like neither classical moroccan koummaya, nor arabian jambiya, since it combines some elements from both daggers. It has a hanger in moroccan manner, while other details remind of Arabian peninsula daggers.

I just wonder if it's a 100% fantasy - or, maybe it had a real historical prototype of which I don't know? Enjoy photos...

The blade however is of a good quality and pretty thick

And fixed with pieces of wood

Scabbard has some plactic inlay inside

And the back side
