Default old koummiya with scabbard

hi, what is your opinion abaut this koummiya? for me scabbard is not its original!?
I have not never seen koummiya with this scabbard

I'd say definitely not the original scabbard. That one looks SE Asian or Indonesian to me, with the dark wood and the slightly bulbous end.

Never saw one like that either Berber, but most definitely not original. This interpretation of koummya is certainly 'of the type' but does not seem particularly old.

I agree with Jim,the knife itself looks pretty nice but the scabbard definately looks like a later replacement.
