spanish flintlock pistol conversion in percution
Hi everybody !
Who had already seen this strange civil conversion in percussion from a Spanish pistol. Any comment on it or photos from similar conversion will be welcome. Cerjak |

dommage que ce thread reste sans reponse, je crois que c"est parce que vraiment personne n'a jamais vu qqchose de semblable, c'est valable pour moi aussi, je m'excuse mais je n'ecris que pour vous remercier de partager les photos de cet extraordinaire pistolet espagnol.Ici ds les Balkans les armuriers ont imagine des moyens de conversion terribles,les armes autrichiennes ont ete transformees en orientales et les armes ottomanes ont ete converties en percussion a la hongroise, mais ce moyen que je vois la est tout a fait inoui.
...jamais vu de pareil! vraiment rare. Felicitations pour une suberbe collection, excusez les fautes d'orto en francais. |

Hi Cerjak. I've seen one other with this style of conversion. It was on a Third Model British Brown Bess musket. But it was done more crudely by a civilian. Yours, obviously looks like a "Factory" conversion. First one I've seen. Interesting pistol. Rick.
