Default A Rasak with a Boyliya lock

Hi Guys,

Recently sold
The date is in Gregorian calendar.
What do you think, is it a Greek stuff?

Hi Kubur.
That is a nice Greek Rasak. Even the decoration looks Greek. This is the first one I've seen with a boyliya style lock. Usually they have the more typical style Balkan miquelet or the French style flintlock. So good find !!!Interesting that you seldom find a Rasak with a trigger guard. The lock and barrel would probably clean up nice. I like it!!! I don't have a Rasak in my collection yet.
Again, the lock makes this one extra interesting. Congrats. Do you have any pics of the fore end of the gun?
