Default Rondel dagger for comments ...

Would you Gentlemen help me with the age and provenance of this dagger ?
... And, of course, your thoughts about its authenticity, as per pictures.
There is not tape where i am but, it should have some 45 cms. full length.
I would be much obliged.

I think it is likely 19th C or newer. The lines just look too perfect to me. The base of the pommel appears to be a perfect circle that would only be achieved with more modern equipment.
