That is a nice sword and at first I thought the picture was from a museum but now I realize that it is your Poto sword .

The Poto are living in the north west of Congo, on the Congo river, under the Ngbandi (see the map joined)
The picture is from The Tervuren Museum, published in an old book.
In the right hand the man is holding a harpoon.
