Default 1601 Dutch Matchlock Patent

Recently uncovered from the Dutch archives, a patent for a new kind of musket manufacture from 1601. Perhaps the oldest firearm patent to date. What it is for exactly, I dont know Speculate it is for an alternative for breech plugs.
