Default Need opinion for Arabic knife.

I would like to know if this knife is made for the tourist market .
Any comment on it will be welcome.

This is a Tuareg knife. North Africa.
Not very old, fifties, sixties or something close.

This should probably be from Niger. The black material in the middle of the grip, should, allegedly, be some soft kind of black stone.
