Default Rare Old Berber sword for sale

A rather interesting and unusual North African sabre, possibly Tunisian Berber in origin.
The sword has a crudely made native blade, but still holds a sharp edge and would have been effective enough when used to slash. The hilt is wood and of a chunky one piece construction. The accompanying scabbard is a real gem, and although showing obvious age, wear and tear, would we feel looked very impressive when new, especially the inset carpet like central section. Overall length 79cm

Please note: This sale is for the short sword only-I had trouble seperating the images!!

Price £150 plus £10pp, rest of the world £15 pp.

Thanks for looking.
