I AM NO EXPERT IN THESE SO ITS POSSIBLE ITS FROM SOME SUB TRIBE OR SOMETHING BUT IT LOOKS LIKE A TYPICAL EXAMPLE OF SONGE AX TO ME.
THE BLADE SHAPE AND FORM IS TYPICAL SOME HAVE PIERCED BLADES SOME EVEN INLAYED WITH COPPER OR BRASS. MONITOR LIZARD SKIN COVERING THE HANDLE IS ALSO COMMON, SO I WOULD SAY SONGE AX. |

For Songye forgery I should expect some better work, or could be made on a mondaymorning
The decoration looks very close to the one on a Kuba knife I have. Also made on a mondaymorning, lol |

Similar decoration here, also on a Kuba knife.

this is why I have a doubt, do you know of another example of Kuba axe?
If I understood everything, the Kuba Songye live next to, right? |
