Default Health service sword.

Dear friends. I would like to ask:
1. From what and till what year the sword 1845/1854 consisted on arms at a health service.
2. There were any distinctive signs on an edge of swords of a health service of second half of XIX-th century.
3. Whether somebody knows exact date of manufacturing of a sword.
Respect, Alexander.
