Default Rencong gading for comments

Dear All,

our opinions on this one are most expected, as I have practically no experience with weapons from Aceh.

The sheath seems to me a recent work. What about the style of the carvings?
Is the blade also recent or reshaped?

Thank you, Gustav

The blade looks old, or at least traditionally made.

The fittings appear very recent to me.
Well made but not the old style.
