Default Unusual Sword with Dragon Hilt

Hi All,

Would love some help ID'ing this unusual sword.

It is very blunt and is made of brass or bronze. It may have an artificial patina. I suspect that it is a reproduction but would love a second opinion.

Thanks a lot!

Calum
