Default Miquelet pistol from Balkan or Greece ?

I would like to determinate the origin from this pistol .
My guess was that It could be Greek or Albanian I would like to have more opinions.

It's not Greek.
Balkans for sure.
The locks needs to be cleaned.

Yes I believe it is Albanian , It has some similarity with the well known Ratail pistol.
