Default Big sikin parang with souasa, ivory and silver

Hi
Bad weather in germany, a sikin parang to share. The concrete plates are square 40 cm to imagine the size. Any comments will be welcome. The blade is nearly 70 cm. This is approx 10 cm more than all the other sikin parang I have.

Best Thomas

Thumbs up

Hello Thomas,

That's a neat sikin panjang - congrats!

Some of these do come with longer blades, indeed.

Based on the whole ensemble, this might well be Gayo from the Lake Tawar region.

Regards,
Kai

Also looks like an ivory and silver scabbard, and a horn and suassa ferrule.

Congratulations!
