Default French Husar sabre 1752

I've got this sabre yesterday and think it is the first ordnance husar sabre of the French army according to the royal ordnance of May 1752. It obviously belonged to a member of the Husar-Regiment Esterhazy as it is written on the blade . Comments invited.

Fantastic sabre Corrado! Great find. It’s clearly in the Hungarian style looking at the hilt and the scabbard. Nice blade with engravings, too. The Hungarian hussars became renowned and started hussar/cavalry units all over the world, including even the US I believe.

Readers who are able to read and understand the French language will find a very interesting documentation to the sabre above: "Un sabre de hussard selon l’ordonnance du Roi du 15 mai 1752", Gazette des Armes N°505 of february 2018.
