Default Arm knifes from Soudan for ID.

Yesterday I have collect those knifes and I found similar items in Cameron book.
they look to be good and old knifes but I would like to have some opinions on it.

Best

Nice knives. All are from Cameroon or Nigeria and are generally considered Hausa. Probably all twentieth century.

Hi Iain
Thank you for your comment ,one more question ,Do you think that they could be dated around 1910 - 1930 ?

I would hesitate to be so exact. I would say between 1920s and 1960s is likely.

Thank you It is always difficult with such weapons to estimate age, I believe that they are minimum 50-60 years old and of course would prefer if they could be dated from 1920- 30 '.
