Default Unknown dagger for comment

My new puppy and I like it. Brass mountings, two type horn hilt. The scabbard is missing the tip ornament. Of excellent quality make.

Quite big, 45 cm overall.

My guess is Spanish.

What do you say?

It felt a little Spanish to me as well. There are on the first 1/3 of the blade what seems to be possibly the remains of file teeth. Is this possible a file worked into a blade?

I also get the same feeling and the dot inlay forms the Katipunan triangle symbols, drop it in to the Ethno forum and see what is said.
