Default Help for translation of inscription in Greek.

Dear Greek speaking friends,
I need your assistance in translating the inscriptions on this incredibly interesting knife. I have some guesses, but my knowledge of the language is negligible.
Thank you in advance

Believe it or not it says "Run at the shop of Karahalios, (a surname) they brough new knifes in (the city of) Patras" The right side says "I will buy you a knife so that my passion will be satisfied" Just silly inscription!
