I would not consider this a new keris. The smiths in Madura are not putting out this type of blade at this quality yet. I would think it is a middle 20th century piece?

Well, we've talked privately enough about this one, but it's nice to see some closer pics of it. It's a beauty for sure. On the dating i wouldn't be at all surprised by a pre-WWII date, but it probably was made within the 20thC.

Mid 20th century wouldnt surprise me ,but I thought it might be an old blade that was freshley etched.The pamor is really vivid.
