Default Qama dagger 1929

Dear collegues,

Please find a picture of the Caucasian qama dagger dd 1929 below.

The blade seems to be old one from so called "Imeretian type", but the silver fittings seem to be made in 1929 in Nalchik (the capital of kabardinian-Balkarian Republic in Russian Caucasus).

Could anybody read this inscription for sure?
