Default "European Makers of Edged Weapons, Thier Marks" by Staffan Kinman

This book by Staffan Kinman, who is President of the Swedish Arms & Armour Society, is one of the most comprehensive and useful books on this most pertinent topic in the identification of edged weapons in my opinion.
His thorough research includes material from a number of the well known compendiums, but adds pertinent notes and details which very much add to the necessary data for accurate descriptions in identifying edged weapons.
The text is in English.

I believe the price is about 55 pounds sterling, and is available through Ken Trotman arms books in England.

I have most of the references which contain many of the markings which are represented in this outstanding book, and it is great to have on hand as my first point of reference in researching markings.
