Looks like he could be Dinka? The spear looks Dinka to me.

Yes, Vágner described the picture (book "Africa - Paradise and Hell of the Animals", 1970) as Dinka. I did not mention it before because I had certain doubts - I thought this forehead horizontal cicatrices were typical for Nuer people.
