Default Ancient Bronze Shouldered, socketed Axe

Been getting interested in some older pieces, like this Axe. Sichuan Province Western Zhou period. 1100-771BC. From an old collection. weighs about 306 grams and is about 15.5cm in height.

I am setting up a metallurgical microscope and plan to be posting some images of bronze, and laminated steel.
