That's pretty cool Sandeep, thanks for posting it up! You make the process seem very easy... but looking at the quality of your workmanship, there's definitely an art to it.

Hello Sandeep,

Thank you for this interesting view of you at work.
It indeed looks very simple. amazing, it looks like no work at all.

I have a very limited knowledge of metals combined with a some common sense and logic, And with that knowledge it is a complete mistery how you just seem to glue this on the metal.

P.S. Sandeep, when at the end you polish the koftagiri what strument you use? seems that it has a silver "point"... Thank you

Thanks Flavio ! In the end i use stone head tool for pressing the wire.

Can you add one further thing please?
I'd be interested to see still photographs (in close up) of the tools that we see you using.
Those for polishing and burnishing specifically.

Thanks for posting your tools. Can you describe them for me?
I mean the tubes and the pair with what looks like stone ends please.

Also, I can't let your Classic English bike pass without comment, its a beauty!!! Is it a newly produced Indian machine?
