Default translation please indonesian language

Dear members,

i have an old picture from the region balikpapan. It shows several people in traditional costumes used at the harvesting festivals (hudoq masks etc) One of them holds a plate with the following texture, as far as i could figure out:

peratakan
detang pernatakepala ram
pandji dengan sekala ?p
bgl knea merajakan berim
nja seri baginda batoe
berlaad 31 aug 192?

31 august is the birthday of our former queen wilhelmina. In the nineteen twenties she was still queen and 31 aug was a festival day. I believe the word baginda means something like her majesty.
I hope someone can give me the translation.

Thank you

greetings ron

Ron:

We have several people here who might be able to help you. Try sending a PM or email to A. G. Maisey or Kiai Carita or Boedhi Adhitya -- one of them could probably help. You will find their information in the Members List.

Ian.

Dag Ron,
IMO it may be easier to post a picture of the text.

Without looking at the actual foto as well as the actual text, my first impression is that, according to my translation (allowing for mistranscription in the text provided), the picture shows a paramount chieftain accompanied by his retinue who had arrived to celebrate the birthday of her/his majesty the queen/king of Holland on 31 Aug 1920?
