Hello,

Yes I may manage to read it but the cylinder shape makes it very hard. Can you copy it on paper maybe? wrap a paper around it and copy it with a crayon.

Thuluth is generally difficult as they emphasize more on the artistic side then the meaningful so some words are incomplete and some may be just there for looks but will see.
