Yup, Bagobo (Mindanao). Usually comes with a shorter klewang-type blade and a series of brass rings attached to the holes in the wood. This seems to be a genuine example, not antique though.

definitely from one of the Lumad tribes (non muslim). could either be b'laan, t'boli or bagobo. due to their proximity, the scabbard designs are somewhat similar. could you please post a close up of the textile?
