Default request for translation on a balkan Bichaq

Can someone advise / translate the writing on this Balkan (most likely Bosnian) Bichaq ? Much obliged!

I think it might be from Sarajevo, dating to the pre Habsburgian / pre 1878, hence being Ottoman period (as no Latin writing is present but only Arabic ...}

as far as I was able to distinguish something, is :

A(in)l Hrnk Jt...

but nothing recognisable in Bosnian, Turkish or Persian...
then again I could be mistaken in my "translation"....

it defenitly needs someone with knowledge in this pre 1900 writing of this writing..anyone ?
